About my paintings
Inspired by nature's amazing colours and the countryside where I live, I paint all the things that I love onto *block canvas or textured paper with acrylic paints. I also 'draw' or 'etch' into the colours using a sharp point adding even more movement and texture to each piece.
My paintings are a magical interpretation of what I see mixed in with happy thoughts or feelings about a place, illustrating special moments in time. My aim is to inspire others and capture their imagination too...
*block canvas - this is an artist's cotton canvas stretched over a wooden frame with a deep side profile of approximately 40mm. These deep sides are also painted with colour and/or design so there is no need for a picture frame.
Buying an original painting from heart-to-art
To reserve and buy an original painting, please call me in person on 01787 28 28 20 (having to hand the title and code of the painting you would like to buy) or email enquiries@heart-to-art.com to check availability. As paintings change regularly in the heart-to-art gallery, it is advisable to telephone as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Thank you.
Sending your painting to you
- To ensure that your painting arrives safely and in perfect condition, it will be wrapped carefully, packaged securely and sent by special delivery or courier.
- Paintings on paper come with a mount and hard backing but unframed as sending glass framed items by post can often cause a problem.
- Postage costs between £5 and £10 for an original painting. A quote for postage will be given on reservation of your painting.
